Karyne joined K&B Family Office in June 2018 as Head of the Legal and Tax Department to consolidate the range of services we offer as a Family Office. She is also responsible for the Human Resources department.
Before K&B Family Office, Karyne was Director of the Corporate Department of Cedeño & Mendez, providing business, tax, immigration and labor advice for over 12 years, being also the liaison with the regulatory body and the FAU.
Karyne’s academic background consists of a degree in Law and Political Science from the USMA (Panama) with the distinction CUM LAUDE; Specialization in Financial Markets Law, as well as the title of Expert in Human Resources and Business Administration at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Management from the Specialized University of the Authorized Public Accountant (UNESCPA) and a Real Estate Broker’s License. Karyne speaks Spanish and English.
