We are systematically implementing all the recommendations related to COVID-19 and we are applying a series of precautionary measures to protect the well-being of our visitors and collaborators:
A crisis committee has been established and a “contingency plan” has been implemented to ensure the continuity of critical functions and minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
Meetings will be held via telephone and video conference; face-to-face meetings are kept to a small number of participants and will be held only when strictly necessary.
Work schedules are kept flexible, work is initiated from home, travel will be restricted and even prohibited in risk areas.
Employees are encouraged and asked to remain in quarantine if necessary.
The situation is re-evaluated daily with the managers of each department.
These are just some of the measures being implemented to ensure business continuity.
