This client invests in sophisticated financial products such as alternative funds and takes participations in private equity and start ups.<\/p>

As his wealth grew, so did the administrative and regulatory complexity of his management. He needed to reorganize his assets under an umbrella legal structure for more visibility and control.<\/p>

We recommended the client to set up an investment trust for two reasons:<\/p>

To protect the assets that become unseizable since the trust becomes the owner of all the shares and investments that are no longer in the client’s own name.
So that the client enjoys tax benefits thanks to this legal structure.<\/p>
